Orders will be available for pick-up on Sunday, May 18th between    
          1:00 & 4:00PM at all churches. 

Please complete Pierogi Order Forms found in the bulletin or back of all churches. Place Order Form in a white envelope marked Pierogi Sale and drop in the Offertory Collection basket. 

To prepay: Include cash or a separate check with Order Form made payable to St. Matthias Parish (write Pierogi Sale on Memo line of check). Do not combine payment with any Offertory donation to the parish. Separate payments (checks or cash) are a must. 

Any Pierogi order not picked up on May18th will be frozen and arrangements will need to be made to pick up at a later date.
