All organizations/individuals must notify the Parish of any events onsite locations: churches/social halls/classrooms/grounds, have pastor’s approval of event(s) and reserve location(s) before for publishing the event(s). The Parish staff wish to ensure that there is no double-booking and that the Parishioners are aware of all events at the churches/locations.
